As a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants for over 12 years and currently a Fellow, Henry has worked with in a diverse range of business sectors, both as an employee and in advisory capacity, which has given him extensive commercial and business experience. His expertise lies in Accounting and Financial services, and in particular growth strategies and the formalisation of business process systems. Henry has a Bachelor’ Degree from the University of Ghana, Legon, where he took his ACCA lectures at the Financial Trading Company (FTC). He then proceeded to undertake an MBA from the University of Wales during which time he specialised in Finance, Human Resources and Marketing. Henry started his career at Greenwich Community College and later joined accountancy firm Ashford Louis in the UK to further train, develop and hone his accounting and consultancy skills. He has also worked with the following institutions;

  • London borough of Newham as  Programme Financial Advisor for the Department of Health’s research on Telehealth and Telecare trial,
  • Vigil Security Management Limited where he led the company through a recovery from a cash crisis,
  • Chief Finance Officer for Pearson International’s $2.5 million investment in Ghana, in the setting up of Omega Schools Franchise Limited to provide quality education for low income families in Ghana in 2012.
  • Consultation services for Obooma Farm Products Limited, Boston Premier Group of companies, Infrastructure Resource limited and before joining Reob-Fekems, briefly consulted for Xpress Gas Limited, an Oil Marketing Company in Tema.

Henry is also the Business Development Partner and client advisor for HEAAL FINANCIAL CONSULTANCY SOLUTIONS and works directly with clients to understand and establish their needs and develop beneficial client specific solutions.
